Md. Nasir Uddin (Special Correspondent): Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central working council member and Dhaka metropolitan south secretary Dr. Shafiqul Islam Masud said that the fascist Awami League has oppressed, tortured and killed the country's clerics in the last 15 years.
Awami League does not believe in Islam, does not believe in Islam. That is why they cannot tolerate the movement to establish Islam. They did not even allow the Deen Dawat Qur'an Tafseer Mahfil for the last 15 years.
They had to take permission to perform the mahfil of the Quran. Otherwise, the police arrested the clerics from the stage of many mahfils and tortured them with false cases.
He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at Siratunnabi (PBUH) Mahfil held at the public ground of Baufal Upazila of Patuakhali on Monday (October 7) night.
Internationally renowned scholar Maulana Tarek Manwar was the main speaker at the Sirat Mahfil held under the chairmanship of Principal Maulana Shahidul Islam under the initiative of Baufall Residential Model Madrasa.
Dr. Masud also said that peace and order will not be established in the society if the Prophet's (PBUH) tradition is not established in the society. Awami League has killed scholars indiscriminately because Ulama-Mashaikhs wanted to establish Prophet's Seerat in the society.
The blood debt of scholars will be paid if Islam is established in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has continued its struggle for that purpose. Religion will be established in the land of Bengal. Maulana Tarek Manwar conducted a special prayer for the peace of the Muslim Ummah at the end of the Siratunnabi (PBUH) Mahfil.

Dr. Masud also said, why has Awami League killed so many scholars, why have scholars been hanged with false cases, why have the scholars been shot and bloodied in Shapla square? - There is only one reason, that is, to weaken Islam in Bangladesh.
But Islam has not disappeared from Bangladesh, Awami League has been thrown into the abyss. They brokered India for 53 years, Awami League worked to implement India's agenda but failed and eventually fled and took refuge in that India.
Those who shelter the enemies of Bangladesh are also the enemies of the people of Bangladesh. In the future, the people will hand over the power of the state to a united Islamic party, inshallah, which party has not committed corruption, looted the people's wealth and smuggled it abroad.
Those who have seen the responsibility of the people as a deposit can fulfill the hopes and aspirations of the people, said Dr. Masud called upon all to come under the flag of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami with patriotism in their hearts.
